Kids' Club Registration, Enrollment, & Tuition Registration
Please read and follow the steps below - Please download and complete the Kid's Club Registration form.
- Enclose a check or money order, made payable to GHC for a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee per child. Please include your child’s name in memo portion of the check.
- Return the completed application to:

Enrollment
Notification Procedure
If a space is available, a confirmation will be mailed to your home with a request for the first tuition payment to secure enrollment in our program.
If a space is not available, a letter will be sent indicating your child’s place on a waiting list. You will be notified as soon as an opening is available with a requeswt for the first month's tuition payment to secure enrollment in our program. Withdrawal Procedure
To withdraw from our program, families must complete the Withdraw/Change Days Notice and notify the Kids' Club Program office at least two weeks in advance. If a two-week notice is not given, families will be responsible for paying for two additional weeks.
To change your child’s child-care schedule, families must Withdraw/Change Days Notice and notify the childcare at least two weeks before the desired effective date of the schedule change. Due to the demand for full-time spaces, part-time spaces may be limited to specific days. Please call the office at 485-4040 as soon as possible to request a change. Tuition and Fees for 2008-2009
